Transfer vouchers

Do you have a discovery with commercial potential? Do you need to improve its technological implementation or create a prototype? Do you want to bring a new technology to market?

In our Transfer Vouchers program, you can receive direct financial support of up to 500,000 CZK to advance your research to the market. Take advantage of the new call from February 19, 2024, to March 8, 2024.

 

For private and public research centers based or operating in the Central Bohemian Region. If you have an application solution classified on the TRL scale between 3 and 7 and CRL 4 to 7 (see infographic below).

• purchase of external or consulting services

Transfer Vouchers are intended directly for research centers, so they cannot be used to finance, for example, contractual research commissioned by an external partner.

 

First, please arrange a free consultation meeting with program manager Jana Kolomazníková.

You'll make sure the program is right for you and get all the information about its process and tips on how to easily fill out the application. Yes, we've streamlined the administration to a minimum. Consultation is free, and only after it can you submit your application.

 

• Direct financial support from 100,000 CZK to 500,000 CZK, up to 80% of total eligible expenses.
• You'll receive 50% of the support ex-ante upon signing the contract, and 50% ex-post after completing your project.

• Advancement of your discovery to a higher level of technological implementation and higher technology readiness for the market

 

• The call is announced as a round, the quality of your project decides, not the speed of submission.
• You can submit your application from February 19, 2024, to March 8, 2024, only using an online form (in Czech version).
• The total allocation for the 2nd call is 2,000,000 CZK.
• The end of project implementation is set for September 30, 2024.
• All applications will be evaluated by a commission after the call ends and ranked according to the point score. During the evaluation, we need to provide market validation or market analysis, depending on the development stage your project is in at the time of application.
• Market Validation — Documentation of market research for your application solution along with validation outputs. At least an idea of the target market and an estimate of market size and potential should be provided (data can be obtained from publicly available sources), but focus at least on the national and European markets. Validation also includes a description of the status and progress of negotiations with at least 5 potential adopters of your application solution.
• Market Analysis — Clear definition of the target market with justification. You should describe the market size and provide total market, total addressable market, and total reachable market. Again, focus at least on the national and European markets.

 

1. Arrange a mandatory consultation with the Program Manager.
2. Fill out the online Support Application.
3. Wait for the results of the I and II rounds of evaluation.
4. Sign the Support Agreement.
5. Implement the project.
6. Close the project.
7. We'll reimburse your support.

8. We'll ask you for a brief project status report.
